| Description |
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) is seeking a sub-recipient for the CDBG-DR 2019 Single-Family Housing Rehabilitation program. The program is intended to repair single-family homes and mobile homes damaged by the 2019 disaster. Eligible entities include housing Nonprofits, Tribal Nations, State agencies, UGLG's and Councils of Government. A Tier 1 environmental review has already been completed. The CDBG-DR Single-family Housing Rehabilitation program will provide funds for eligible unmet housing rehabilitation needs in 27 eligible counties.

The chosen applicant will be required to follow CDBG-DR procurement processes and all cross-cutting requirements, including Duplication of Benefits (DOB) policies and procedures. Applicants are required to read the CDBG-DR Single-Family Housing Rehabilitation Program Guidelines before application submission. The selected sub-recipient will be strongly encouraged to hire a grant administrator or firm with CDBG-DR experience.
Oklahoma Department of Commerce CDBG-DR staff will provide hands-on assistance with the application process and OKGrants.
